1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of services provided by The Marketing Mavericks. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not engage or continue using our services.

2. Services

We provide digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• META Ads (Facebook and Instagram Advertising)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video)
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Content Management and Social Media Marketing

The full scope of work will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal provided prior to commencement of services.

3. Payments

All services are prepaid unless agreed otherwise in writing prior to commencement.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has started
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension without prior notice
• Any payment plans or deferred arrangements must be confirmed in writing

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and required access to platforms and accounts. Delays caused by the client side may directly impact campaign timelines and results, for which The Marketing Mavericks bears no responsibility.

5. Performance Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results including but not limited to sales, leads, or search rankings. Campaign performance depends on multiple external factors including:

• Market conditions and seasonal demand
• Competition and industry trends
• Platform algorithms and policy changes
• Quality and accuracy of client-provided assets

We commit to applying best practices and expertise to maximise performance, but no guarantees are made on specific outcomes.

6. Ad Spend

Advertising budgets are entirely separate from our service fees. Clients are responsible for paying all ad platform charges directly to the respective platforms unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. The Marketing Mavericks is not liable for any ad spend decisions, overspend, or platform billing issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All creatives, campaigns, strategies, and deliverables produced by The Marketing Mavericks remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, final deliverables may be transferred to the client as agreed in the project scope.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business, financial, strategic, and operational information strictly confidential during and after the engagement. Neither party shall disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. Upon termination:

• No refunds will be issued for ongoing or completed work
• All outstanding payments remain due and payable
• Access to accounts and platforms must be returned to the respective owning party

10. Limitation of Liability

The Marketing Mavericks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the most recent billing period.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
