Refund Policy

Our services involve significant time, expertise, and resources from the moment work begins. This policy exists to set clear expectations upfront. We encourage all prospective clients to review the scope of engagement thoroughly before making a payment.

Overview

The Marketing Mavericks™ is committed to delivering performance-driven marketing services with full transparency. Given the nature of professional services, refunds are governed by the specific conditions outlined in this policy. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Full Refund Before Work Begins

If a service has not been initiated in any form, the client is eligible for a full 100% refund of the amount paid. No deductions will be applied provided no work, planning, or resource allocation has commenced on our end.

No Refund Once Work Has Started

Once any service has been initiated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all stages of execution, including but not limited to:

  • Strategy development and planning
  • Campaign setup, configuration, or onboarding
  • Creative development or content production
  • Active campaign management and optimisation
  • Reporting, audits, or any deliverable submitted to the client

Advance Payments

All advance payments, including retainers, setup fees, and partial payments toward ongoing or project-based engagements, are non-refundable once work has commenced. This applies regardless of the payment structure or timeline agreed upon at the time of onboarding.

Project-Based Work

For fixed-scope projects, no refund is applicable once the project has been initiated. In the event a project is paused or cancelled by the client after commencement, all completed work will be invoiced in full. Any remaining balance from payments made will not be refunded, and outstanding amounts may be billed based on work delivered to that point.

Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly retainers covering services such as SEO, Paid Ads, or Social Media Management are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. To avoid charges for the following month, clients must submit written notice of discontinuation prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Requests received after a billing cycle has commenced will not be eligible for a refund for that period.

Ad Spend Policy

All advertising budgets are managed directly by the client through their own ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other platform). The Marketing Mavericks™ does not hold, control, or receive any portion of the client's ad spend. We do not charge any commission or percentage on ad budgets.

Accordingly, The Marketing Mavericks™ holds no liability, responsibility, or obligation with respect to ad spend under any circumstances. Refund requests, claims, or disputes relating to money spent directly on advertising platforms fall entirely outside the scope of this policy.

Third-Party Costs

Fees paid to third-party tools, software subscriptions, platforms, or services procured as part of a client engagement are non-refundable under any circumstances. These costs are passed through at actuals and are governed by the refund and cancellation terms of the respective third-party providers.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting The Marketing Mavericks™ to seek resolution will be treated as a breach of our service agreement. We strongly encourage clients to reach out directly at contact@marketingmavericks.co.in before escalating to their payment provider. We are committed to resolving genuine concerns promptly and professionally.

Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole and final discretion of The Marketing Mavericks™. Exceptions will only be considered in circumstances where no work has been initiated and no resources have been allocated. No exception request guarantees a favourable outcome.
